After the war three head of state rule till 1979 and civilian government was inaugurated 1979 to March 31st 1983 when major general Muhammud Bihari top the civilian government and IBB top Buhari government on 27th August 1985 and hand over to interim national government in 27th August 1993 when the June 12th Presidential election inclusive and protest begin.
