Can any agriculturist/ agric student explain to us why very many people (especially Africans) consider agriculture as poor man stuff whereas very many rich people consider it as a very lucrative business. How would you get people sensitize to have a reconsideration and probably a change of precepts about agriculture/ Farming? What role do you think government can play to encourage people to think farming and what measures has been put in place to address hassles associated with farming?

Your question has several parts. However, its self-sustenance farming that is thought to be for the poor. To feed a nation and even export the surplus, the government must subsize farming at an industrial scale – that is, mechanized farming.
