We are moving but at a slow pace! The important thing is to keep moving. On the issue of smart phones: We are taking about smart phones? Well since you need to be smart to use a smart phone, its clear the the management of Bingham University in Nasarawa, and indeed most of the Northern States are scamming us by acting “illiteracy”. It’s all drama!
