A lot is in the space
The most important new thing is that we are here and kicking
The breath of life is the most important tie of this journey
One we ought to guard and guide jealously
Our healthy self is tied to be here and for that no matter how busy you are , please never be too busy to take care of yourself
-Walk
-Eat right
-sleep well
-Rest
-Drink right
And do what you know is right and great for you

The word for today is that ,you are the most important person in this journey so treat yourself right
