Today is the second day China’s President Xi is visiting the embattled Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow. Both men are towering figures in today’s world. These men want to counter what they describe as Western excesses lead by the United States of America. They may be right! They may be wrong! While these are very powerful men who I think even the USA is worried about, they are small men by my calculations. Small men because they oppress their own people.
