I noticed Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa appointed people to the DESOPADEC Board barely a week to the end of his term. Why didn’t he leave the appointments to the incoming Governor Sheriff Oborevwori?

A day before yesterday Okowa appointed 8 permanent Secretaries, yesterday he appointed Board members for DESOPADEC, before he will leave office he will still appoint his cronies into Delta Board of Internal Revenue and other juicy positions in the State, Okowa remains the de facto Governor of Delta State
