Everything in this world is passion driven. You can think of any field of study/discipline, sport, talent, etc. It’s all going to possibly turn out great when you’re passionate about it. By this piece I’m emphasizing on paying attention to what one is passionate about and finding ways to make it part and parcel of his/her life. For example I’ve never in my life being to any Francophone country, although I’ve been passionate about France since I was just a boy. I love to go there and probably spend the rest of my life there. Fast forward to the year 2003, a French teacher was posted to our school and as expected It happened that I’ll be the first going to the staff quarters to signal her attention for a class. I’d also be the first to submit my assignment, the only to take a stroll with her asking questions diversely. Within a few tickles of the clock She fell in love with my uncommon dedication to the study of the french language. I could recall that in one of her examination question I provided 98% answers. Uncommon feet anyone would agree, right? Yes. I’m not mincing words neither I am recounting everything that unfolded while I was yet a secondary school student; who again is passionate about science. She got heart broken when she learnt I was not going to study french at the University. She surmorned me to he office, quize me further; saying Efe tell me aren’t you going to study french at the University? In response I said no ma’am. I want to study Chemical Engineering, I just hope you don’t dislike me for my choices. She said no way will she act as an obstacle in matters regarding my dreams and aspiration. Go ahead you have my blessings. That was how I moved on tending to the study of chemicals at the delta state university. Most of the people who knows doesn’t know about my antecedent neither do they know my history, yet I regards all men especially those who are keen about affecting the world positively. Today I’m an engineer who can also communicate in french and English language. Simply put in percentage I’m 65% English man, 35% french. Barring any deviation from the topic I’m treating here, necessity is the mother of invention says my master Chief (Dr) F. Akenami. You can achieve a lot more only of you’re passionate.
