The beginning of corruption in Nigeria started from OBJ on the Nigeria land use Decree of 1978 vest all land in the state through the office of the military Governor of each state. Land is to be held in trust and administed for the use and common benefit Nigerians according to the provisions of the Act in 1979 OBJ transition constitution and any resources found below 6ft belong
to federal government of Nigeria, that is the beginning of corruption!
