In 1978, the military government changed the National Anthem. The government gave us a one-month notice to learn the new anthem.

In 2024, a democratic government changed the National Anthem. They didn’t give us notice or provide a transitional period to learn the new Anthem.

How come the Military rulers were sensitive enough to give us time to learn while the democratic leaders forced us to learn?

Maybe what we have is civil rule and not democracy.
