4. Lt. Colonel David Ejoor, Mid-Western State.

5. Air Force Major Udoakaha Esuene, South-Eastern State.

6. Mr. Usman Faruk, North-Western State.

7. Mr. Audu Bako, Kano State.

8. Navy Lieutenant Diete-Spiff, Rivers State

9. Colonel Adeyinka Adebayo, Western State.

10. Major Musa Usman, North-Eastern State.

11. Major Abba Kyari, North-Central State.

It also records the promotion of Lt. Colonel Yakubu Gowon to the rank of Major General as well as those pertaining to Colonel Adeyinka Adebayo (Brigadier) and Lt. Colonel David Ejoor (Brigadier).
