Delta State House of Assembly Wednesday passed three executive bills on the floor of the house.

The bills passed include the Delta State Electricity Power Sector Bill, 2024; Delta State Special Offences Court Amendment Bill, 2024 and a bill for a law to amend the Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro to reflect a new name Southern Delta University, Ozoro.
