Wheat contains the highest calories of all the swallow.
About 350+ cal per 100grams.
Garri 290+ cal per 100grams.
Akpu(fufu)is less 150 cal per 100gram.
Amala/ Pounded yam less than 150cal per 100g.
Avoid wheat, portion control the rest with plenty soup and Proteins.
As for Semo, eat at gun point.
