1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use RejiG.
• Verification: By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• Guardianship: Parents and legal guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising any use of the platform by minors under their care.

3. Nature of the Platform

RejiG provides two primary services:

1. Cognitive Fitness: Brain-training games and skill-based challenges (RejiG CFC).
2. Social Networking: Features for community connection, sharing, and interaction.

Skill-Based Disclaimer: RejiG CFC is a skill-based platform designed for entertainment and cognitive enhancement. Outcomes are determined by user ability, speed, and accuracy. It is not gambling.

4. User Accounts

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Non-Transferability: You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account to any other individual or entity.
• Fair Play Policy: To maintain the integrity of our leaderboards, each individual is limited to one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

5. In-App Currency (RejiG Coins)

• Unit of Value: RejiG uses "RejiG Coins" as an internal virtual currency to track engagement and performance.
• Conversion Rate: For internal calculation purposes, 1,000 RejiG Coins = $1.00 USD.
• Earning Coins: Coins may be earned through gameplay, successful referrals, or promotional activities.
• Redemption: Coins may be redeemed or spent according to the Rewards Policy, which may be updated periodically based on company discretion and available funds.
• No Monetary Value: RejiG Coins hold no cash value outside of the platform unless explicitly authorized in writing by RejiG Technologies, Inc.

6. Leaderboards and Rewards

• Rankings: Leaderboards display player rankings based on points earned through skill-based performance.
• Performance-Based: All rewards are distributed based on skill and user performance, not chance.
• Modifications: RejiG Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or modify reward structures and point valuations at any time.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, bots, scripts, or any form of automation to manipulate scores or gameplay.
• Upload harmful, offensive, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate other users or RejiG employees.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the RejiG platform or its infrastructure.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All app content, including source code, algorithms, game mechanics, logos, and UI/UX designs, is the sole and exclusive property of RejiG Technologies, Inc.
• Restrictions: Users may not copy, distribute, or attempt to decompile any part of the RejiG software without express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

RejiG may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). You acknowledge that these third parties are not sponsors of, or involved in, any RejiG contests or reward operations.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

• "As-Is" Service: RejiG is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation of Loss: RejiG Technologies, Inc. is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or disputes between users.
• No Medical Guarantees: While designed for cognitive training, RejiG makes no medical claims regarding the improvement of brain health or mental conditions.

11. Termination of Service

• Company Right: RejiG Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms at its sole discretion.
• User Right: Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

13. Changes to Terms

RejiG Technologies, Inc. may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
